How a Permitted Video Transfer Would Work

There is no active resolver or download now. This is a proposed flow, conditional on platform permission and security testing.

1. Paste one public HTTPS post link after checking your rights. Typing a link alone does not contact the post.
2. When enabled, a separate server check would validate the link and policy, then show a temporary text-only card. Actual formats, resolution, audio and size would be shown only if established; otherwise size is unavailable.
3. Choose a ready-made file. A verified direct link may send your browser to the source, which sees your IP address. A memory-only relay remains off until an end-to-end no-disk gate passes.

A source may open a player instead of Save As. Starting a download is not proof of completion. Temporary choices expire; users would need to request options again. Clear or Cancel should stop local work, but a previously issued external source URL cannot be revoked by this site.
