Frequently Asked Questions About Video Links
All platform integrations are not verified, so this site does not currently process links or provide downloads.
Does a public video mean I may download it?
No. Public visibility, permission to access, a ready-made file, and permission to download are separate checks.
Which links are considered?
Only one public video post, Reel or video Pin in a verified scenario. Profiles, playlists, boards and batches are excluded.
Why no private posts, Stories, DRM or MP3?
They are outside the proposed scope. There is no account login, paywall or DRM bypass, audio extraction, conversion, or assembly of separate tracks.
Are URLs and files stored?
The present static pages do not submit your URL. A future service would hold only short-lived in-memory metadata; media storage and persistent URL histories are prohibited. Your browser’s download manager and external sources are outside this site’s control.
What happens on expiry or Cancel?
Future options would expire quickly; request new options instead of reusing an expired link. Cancel would stop work controlled by this service, but cannot retract bytes or an external URL already sent to a browser.
Why might the browser show a player instead of Save As?
A direct cross-origin link can be handled by the source and browser; a site cannot guarantee a save dialog or a completed file.
Who can see my IP address?
A direct source sees your browser connection. With a permitted server-side relay, the source sees the server while this service handles the stream; neither route guarantees anonymity.
Why are size or HD unavailable?
Exact size and resolution require evidence from an actual permitted file. We do not invent sizes, enhance quality or promise HD.
